Our plant is strategically located in Ratnagiri, which
is south of Mumbai and North of Goa and is surrounded by many small fishing harbours across the Konkan coast, thus ensuring a regular supply chain. These harbours are also unique such that the local boats have one-day fishing cycles, thereby delivering exceptionally fresh seafood.

MANAGEMENT TEAM:
Mr. V. A. Abraham is the Chairman of Karunya Marine Exports Pvt. Ltd and the Konkan Marine Group. After graduating as a food technologist in 1959, he worked in senior positions in the food processing division of Madhu’s and the Mahindra Group through the sixties. With over fifty years of experience in the Fisheries and Food Processing Industry, his vast wealth of knowledge in the fish processing industry has made him a pioneer across the Konkan coast and a veteran among fellow food processors, officials and consultants in the seafood arena. Presently, he oversees the entire administration of the Karunya Group.
Mr. Kurian A. Abraham is the Managing Director of Karunya Marine Exports Pvt. Ltd. He looks after the overall operations of the firm and is responsible for key decisions in every field. He is instrumental in developing new products, markets, systemizing procedures, raising quality standards in every process and also increasing product standards. He is also on the board of RZIM focus society, India – A Christian Apologetic Organization. He is an engineer and has done his Masters in Business Administration from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade from Word Trade Center, Mumbai.
